SECTION 35 - MEZZANINE FINANCING INSURANCE

1. When a TIRSA Mezzanine Financing Endorsement is sought in connection with the issuance of an owner's or leasehold owner's policy, the premium for the Mezzanine Financing Endorsement is thirty percent (30%) of the owner's rate based on the amount of that Policy. Title Insurer approval is required prior to issuance of a TIRSA Mezzanine Endorsement.
