SECTION 28 - UNCLOSED APPLICATION

1. Any rate, premium, fee or other charge set forth in this rate manual shall apply to any transactions closed on or after the effective date of any change in such rate, premium, fee or other charge even though application may have been made prior to the effective date of this manual.
