SECTION 23 - MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE GUARANTEE

  1. The charge for a Mortgage Foreclosure Guarantee shall be $500. This charge does not include charges for filing or recording documents.

  2. Liability under a Mortgage Foreclosure Guarantee shall be limited to $10,000.

  3. No Mortgage Foreclosure Guarantee may be issued until all charges hereunder have been paid in full.
