SECTION 4 - POLICY FORMS AND ENDORSEMENTS

1. No form of policy, endorsement, or other coverage may be issued which varies the terms, conditions, stipulations or exclusions of a policy unless first approved by the Superintendent of Insurance. Approved policies and endorsements are set forth in Part III hereto. No form of policy not approved by the Superintendent of Insurance may be issued or updated by endorsement or otherwise.
